Olga Zaitceva, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of “NOVA Insurance Co.” entered to the Top 50 most successful business women of Ukraine by the rating “The most successful business women of Ukraine” in 2011.
The project was organized by internet portal «Delo.ua» to determine the best Ukrainian women-top managers and enhance public awareness about their successes. Within a month, from February 13 to March 12, 2012, visitors of portal «Delo.ua» voted for member ranking – the owners and managers of Ukrainian companies, top managers of banks and financial institutions, heads of representative offices of foreign companies. Women leaders in the insurance industry were represented by 10 participants.
List of 100 most respected representatives of business elite «Delo.ua» was compiled with the assistance of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and the European Business Association. Criteria for selection of participants: the size of the company they head, the number of employees, influence and reputation in the market.
Olga Zaitceva enters to the number of the most successful business women in Ukraine not the first time: in 2010 she entered to the Top 100 Ukrainian business women (“Delo” pub.) and to the Top 20 best Ukrainian managers in the insurance sector (“Ekonomika” pub.). She was also recognized as one of the most successful managers by “Galicky Kontracty” publishing.
