In connection with the adoption of the new wording of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing Terrorism and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction” (No. 361 of 06.12.2019) (hereinafter – Law) and for the implementation of CMU Resolution No. 610 of August 19, 2015 “On Approval of the Procedure for Organizing and Coordinating Work on Retraining and Improvement of the Training of Financial Monitoring Specialists” State Postgraduate Education Institute “Academy of Financial Monitoring” – Academy), as an institution belonging to the field of management of the SCFM and is the examination center for conducting the examination on the compliance with the knowledge of financial monitoring, invites for the development of qualifications of responsible employees, as well as employees involved in conducting financial monitoring.
