Ivano-Frankivsk City Council has allowed KP Elektroavtotrans to enter into a financial leasing agreement with the financial institution Eximleasing LLC for the purchase of 9 buses worth UAH 31.4 million.
Elektroavtotrans will lease four MAZ 206086 buses and five Turkish Güleryüz Cobra GD-272 LF buses.
The lease term is 36 months from the date of receipt of each individual unit with the condition of early repayment. Advance payment for MAZ buses – not less than 22% of the cost, for Güleryüz Cobra GD-272 LF – 25%. The interest rate is 12% per annum
The City Council authorized the director of KP “Elektroavtotrans” to enter into leasing and purchase agreements with all annexes and additional agreements in accordance with the calculations.
The terms of the contract provide for additional costs for CASCO insurance, OTSPV and additional liability insurance.
The buses will become communal property after the expiration of the financial leasing agreement.
Ivano-Frankivsk Mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv introduced the issue to the session by a vote. It was also not published on the City Council’s website 20 days before the session, as required by law.
“These buses will be slightly smaller than those already in KP. Their length will be 8.8-9.3 meters. All so that they could run through the small streets. But their adaptation to people with disabilities remains unchanged. All vehicles will be low-floor, ”Martsinkiv said.
