Raiffeisen Leasing LLC was founded in June 2006 as a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank Aval (60% of the charter capital), one of the largest banks in Ukraine, and Raiffeisen Leasing International (40% of the charter capital), a holding company with headquarters in Vienna.
