Published questions and answers on the formation of reporting of non-banking financial institutions and its submission to the National Bank



In order to ensure timely reporting by non-bank financial institutions, the National Bank continues its dialogue with market representatives to provide clarifications and information support. In particular, the National Bank has developed and published a document “Questions and Answers on the formation of reporting of non-banking financial institutions and its submission to the National Bank of Ukraine.”

The answers to the questions concerning the preparation and submission of reports are  summarized in one document

This document provides answers to typical questions of non-bank financial institutions that were received during business meetings and correspondence. The document consists of three sections:

  1. Features of reporting through the NBU web portal . In the first section you can find answers to questions about registration on the web portal of non-bank financial institutions for reporting, the order of formation and submission of reporting files in accordance with the requirements of the regulator, the use of reporting software, signing reporting files, reporting control procedures and correcting reporting errors. features of submission of financial statements to the NBU and other technical aspects of reporting.
  2. Defining reporting requirements in regulations.  This section provides answers to questions on the practical application of current regulatory requirements for reporting, as well as the procedure for obtaining additional advice and clarification on the formation and submission of reports to the regulator.
  3. Methodological issues of reporting.  The third section focuses on the methodological aspects of the formation of reporting indicators, in particular, indicators of financial reporting, reporting of insurers, credit unions, financial companies.
