The shareholders’ meeting of “NOVA” was hold at June 8, 2012 where was made a decision about changes in the Board of the company. Victoria Voloshyna has been appointed as Chairman of the board.
Victoriya Voloshyna started insurance activity in 2005 in “European insurance alliance Co. From 2007 to 2010 she worked in senior positions in such insurance companies as “Galaktika” and “Partner”. In 2010-2012 – deputy of the Chairman of the Board of “Insurance company 611”. She graduated from the Interdisciplinary Institute of Management and Taurus state agrotechnical academy.
“The main directions of development of the company remain. In priority – property insurance, motor insurance, voluntary medical insurance, travel insurance. Along with attracting new customers special attention will be given to existing services, strengthening and developing relations with our partners, working with insurance brokers. The central office moved to the right bank of Kiev (7v, Tupoleva str.), the Sales centre on Horkogo street is working, promptly the Leftbank sales centre will resume. Centre for Settlement of losses and all regional offices operate as usual. In the short term, opening new sales centers,” – Victoria Voloshyna eagerly shared her plans.
Also at the shareholders’ meeting there was made a decision about changing the name of company for Private Joint Stock Company “NOVA Insurance Co.” to bring activity into compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Joint Stock Companies “.
The ownership structure of the company changed: the main bulk of the shares currently owned by two individuals (children of Igor Artsimovich who died tragically in 2009, the owner of a controlling stake in “NOVA”, which were previously shareholders of “NOVA”.
