Porsche Finance Group offers a new service – “Personal cabinet”

In September, 2012, Porsche Finance Group has launched a new online-service for its customers, called “Personal cabinet”. From now on all the company’s clients will be able to get information about the details of the contract, payment schedule, insurance rates, payment history and monthly accounts with the ability to print out, at any time they want.

 

The company hopes, this innovation will not only increase the service level of current clients, but also attract the new ones. After all, this novelty makes customers of Porsche Finance Group mobile, allowing them to analyze and manage their finances in a more structured way, and significantly save time.

 

The new program will also considerably increase the company’s efficiency; reduce the burden on the staff of customer department: it is expected to reduce maintenance costs by 10-20% in a long-term perspective.

 

Mr. Josef Graf, the Chairman of the Management Board of Porsche Finance Group, comments on the new service: “Nowadays, in time of the active business virtualization and rapid spread of the online-services providing, it is highly important for each company to keep an eye on its progressiveness, consider market trends and especially the needs of consumers. This is the reason why we have launched the “Personal cabinet”. “

 

In the near future, Porsche Finance Group plans to continue systemizing the relationships with customers with of the further development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
