On June 4, Kalush Municipal Market entered into an agreement with Ukrgasbank PJSC to purchase buses under a financial leasing scheme. This was reported in the system “Prozorro”.
The State Bank will buy four new buses manufactured by Minsk Automobile Plant (Belarus) at a cost of UAH 10.04 million from UkrEuroMAZ LLC, selected by the utilities. Three of them will be MAZ-206063 models with 27 seats and one MAZ-226063 model with 31 seats.
The unit price is UAH 2.51 million. Then they will be leased to utilities for a period of five years at 17% per annum plus commissions.
The cost of the agreement with the bank is UAH 12.45 million. Thus, the buses will be leased for a quarter, or UAH 2.41 million. more expensive than if they were bought at the same price.
In open sources, these models are $ 90 thousand and $ 93 thousand, or 2.41 million UAH. and UAH 2.49 million.
The founder of UkrEuroMAZ is Iryna Sahanda, and the director is Bohdan Sahanda.
The procurement was conducted without open bidding, as financial leasing services do not fall under the Law on Public Procurement. The City Council approved the terms of the agreement on June 3.
