In connection with the entry into force of the Law on SPLIT, the National Bank has developed a draft of a new Regulation on the organization, conduct and registration of the results of inspections of non-bank financial institutions.
The National Bank invites you to take part in the presentation of the draft Regulations , which will take place on Tuesday, July 28, from 10:00 to 12:00 online and .
At the meeting, employees of the National Bank will present the main innovations and approaches that are expected to be introduced in the new Regulations. Media participation in the meeting is not planned.
After the public discussion, the National Bank plans to hold another meeting with market participants (approximately in the second half of August-first half of September) to discuss proposals and comments expressed by the market during the public discussion.
The National Bank is open to communication and invites all interested participants of the non-banking financial market to join the discussion of the outlined regulatory approaches in order to jointly determine the best ways to regulate the activities of financial market participants.
