The draft state budget for 2021 provides for programs on mortgage lending and the purchase of housing in financial leasing, which will be able to purchase housing for 30 thousand families.
According to a Ukrinform correspondent, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said this during a briefing on September 14.
“Parliament has passed a decision that allows us to create an institution that will provide mortgage lending and purchase of housing on financial leasing. It is expected that next year more than 30,000 families will be able to receive housing under this program, ”Marchenko said.
As Ukrinform reported, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a draft state budget for 2021 at an extraordinary meeting on Monday.
Earlier, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said that the project provides for 4.7% GDP growth, up to 6% – the planned budget deficit, the rate – up to 29 UAH per 1 dollar.
