The City Council plans that the new “autonomous” trolleybuses will run on Kropyvnytskyi in early October.

Mayor Andriy Raikovych instructed to quickly work out the possibility of purchasing ten more new autonomous trolleybuses for Kropyvnytskyi. They plan to lease transport.
The purchase of public transport is associated with the quarantine situation, which is expected to intensify in the fall.
On August 5, Deputy Mayor Oleksandr Mosin held a working meeting with a representative of the company – a manufacturer of modern vehicles, General Director of the Trading House “Litan” Oleg Sukhov. The terms of delivery of trolleybuses to Kropyvnytskyi were discussed.
– We already have experience in purchasing vehicles on lease , – said Alexander Mosin after the talks. – We plan to use it to purchase the next ten units of equipment. To do this, we are negotiating with two banking institutions. At the same time, the management of Transport and Communications is preparing changes to its sectoral programs, which will allow the use of leasing and will take into account the need to increase spending to service additional gear riding their vehicles.
The utility company “Electrotrans” should start recruiting drivers of the appropriate category and their training.
