The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi has suspended the activities of the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets.
The relevant decree was posted on the president’s website on Thursday.
“Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine” On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving the Functions of State Regulation of Financial Services Markets “, I decree: to terminate the activities of the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets by liquidation,” the decree reads.
In this regard, the decree of the President of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 №1070 “On the National Commission for State Regulation in the Sphere of Financial Services Markets” is repealed.
In addition, the President instructs to set up a commission to liquidate Natskomfinposlug, appointing Tatiana Galabudska, head of the Natskomfinposlug staff, as the head of this commission and obliging her to inform her of the results of the work within three months.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to resolve in accordance with the established procedure the issue of further use of objects of state property rights, which were managed by the National Committee for Social Services.
The decree comes into force from the date of its publication.
