More recently, non-bank financial institutions have been able to submit documents for obtaining financial services licenses online through an appropriate service posted on the Unified State Administration Services Portal.
This service for the financial companies is still little known. However, we want to emphasize that the procedure for submitting documents online is simple. We highlighted the main steps to be taken when submitting documents:
1) Register on the portal the legal entity that will receive the license. For registration, an electronic digital signature of the head is used (EDSs that are accountable to the National Financial Services Commission);
2) Fill in an online application for obtaining a license;
3) Download the document package. Financial companies need to download pre-scanned documents:
- financial reporting and reporting data for the last quarter;
- auditor’s report on the confirmation of financial reporting and reporting data;
- questionnaire of the head and chief accountant;
- internal rules of financial service provision;
- standard contracts for the provision of financial services.
4) Sign a downloaded package of documents for EDS of the company head;
5) Send a package of documents by clicking on the corresponding button on the portal.
