said the director of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/translate.google.com\/website?sl=uk&amp;tl=en&amp;u=https:\/\/www.avis.com.ua\/\">Avis-Ukraine<\/a>&nbsp;Heim Kapelnikov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heim joined Zoom with students of the Kyiv School of Economics and shared what traits a leader should bring to the fore in order to be on the same page with colleagues and clients in times of continuous change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And to you TOP-10 councils from Khaim Kapelnikov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Changes in the company during the covid are inevitable.&nbsp;People always find it difficult to adapt to them.&nbsp;When you need to change something in a company, I advise you<br><br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"1\ufe0f\u20e3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t93\/1.5\/16\/31_20e3.png\">&nbsp;to think about what will be fair, not what is accepted in society.&nbsp;Change reality,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"2\ufe0f\u20e3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tb2\/1.5\/16\/32_20e3.png\">&nbsp;when planning changes, focus on customers and products, not on procedures and papers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"3\ufe0f\u20e3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td1\/1.5\/16\/33_20e3.png\">&nbsp;rely on 4 whales: personal experience, wishes of clients, experience of other companies, recommendations of external consultants,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"4\ufe0f\u20e3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf0\/1.5\/16\/34_20e3.png\">&nbsp;never keep everything to yourself, always be open to dialogue and set an example for employees in this,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"5\ufe0f\u20e3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf\/1.5\/16\/35_20e3.png\">&nbsp;prepare for this: the higher you go, the more lonely you will be, because there is more responsibility.&nbsp;It will be tempting to make decisions without consulting the team.&nbsp;The final decision, of course, is up to you, but before making it, use the wisdom of your team, consult.&nbsp;Not all of your decisions will be right, some will be lessons for the future,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"6\ufe0f\u20e3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t2e\/1.5\/16\/36_20e3.png\">&nbsp;listen to colleagues and repeatedly change your mind, if necessary.&nbsp;To accept the opinion of another is not a weakness,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"7\ufe0f\u20e3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t4d\/1.5\/16\/37_20e3.png\">&nbsp;create motivation for employees and be proud that people who are better than you work with you,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"8\ufe0f\u20e3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t6c\/1.5\/16\/38_20e3.png\">&nbsp;understand that the company of like-minded people is good at Alcoholics Anonymous courses, but not in business.&nbsp;The more different opinions in the company &#8211;
