Ivano-Frankivsk City Council has allowed KP Elektroavtotrans to enter into a financial leasing agreement with the financial institution Eximleasing LLC for the purchase of 9 buses worth UAH 31.4 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elektroavtotrans will lease four MAZ 206086 buses and five Turkish G\u00fclery\u00fcz Cobra GD-272 LF buses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lease term is 36 months from the date of receipt of each individual unit with the condition of early repayment. Advance payment for MAZ buses – not less than 22% of the cost, for G\u00fclery\u00fcz Cobra GD-272 LF – 25%. The interest rate is 12% per annum<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The City Council authorized the director of KP “Elektroavtotrans” to enter into leasing and purchase agreements with all annexes and additional agreements in accordance with the calculations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The terms of the contract provide for additional costs for CASCO insurance, OTSPV and additional liability insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The buses will become communal property after the expiration of the financial leasing agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ivano-Frankivsk Mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv<\/strong> introduced the issue to the session by a vote.
