The\u00a0web portal of the\u00a0National Bank<\/a>\u00a0 is open for reporting by non-bank financial institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The reporting period has ended<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n The web portal is already working. Users’ access to the web portal, which was previously registered for test reporting, is valid and used for reporting to the National Bank of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As of June 6, 2020, more than 1,500 non-bank financial institutions were registered on the NBU web portal, which participated in the testing of reporting during March-June this year. All other institutions that have not yet registered on the web portal must go through the registration procedure in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Instructions on reporting by non-bank financial institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reporting deadlines<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n The reporting deadlines for the first half of 2020 do not change and comply with current regulations of the NCFP. For the convenience of market participants, a reporting calendar has been<\/a> published on the National Bank’s web portal .<\/p>\n\n\n\n Types of reporting and features of their presentation<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine for the formation of reporting files submitted through the web portal are placed in the register of indicators<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n The National Bank has also prepared and published descriptive and video<\/a> reporting instructions for non-bank financial institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Measures of influence for late submission of reports<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n The National Bank will be sympathetic to cases of delayed reporting, each of which will be considered separately, taking into account the circumstances and reasonable reasons for detention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reporting issues<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n The National Bank, developing a dialogue with stakeholders, holds regular meetings with non-bank financial institutions and relevant associations online. At these meetings, everyone can ask questions about reporting, as well as discuss the technical features of its formation and submission. The initiative to hold such meetings may be submitted by profile associations of non-bank financial institutions. In this case, all members of the association or association are invited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the near future, the NBU website will publish the so-called “Questions-Answers” to the most common questions that arise during the submission of reports.
