October 31, 2019, Kyiv, Ukraine<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n The public joint-stock company of JSB \u201cUkrgasbank\u201d has just become a member of the Ukrainian Union of Lessors<\/em>, which unites the leading operators of the leasing market. The Association already has commercial banks in it’s ranks, but it is the first state institution in its ranks, which testifies to the increasing importance of coordination of efforts within such a professional association. The members of the Association generate 80% of the national leasing portfolio today and make every effort to build a civilized market in the domestic territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe are delighted to become members of the<\/em> Association.<\/em> We hope that our fruitful cooperation as a state bank and the Association will contribute to the development of the market and leasing conditions in Ukraine, \u201d<\/em> said Maxim Zinchenko, Head of Leasing Department of UKRGASBANK.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n JSB \u201cUkrgasbank\u201d is one of the leaders in the banking sector of Ukraine. In terms of its assets, it is in the top five. The bank is almost 100% owned by the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Bank has been actively offering financial leasing services since 2017. The objects of leasing from the bank may be new agricultural machinery, equipment, special equipment, railway cars, commercial transport (including cars). Ukrgasbank is the only bank in Ukraine that has chosen ecology as its main strategy. In 2016, he dramatically changed the vector of his development when he chose green financing as his strategic direction. Among the most famous leasing projects from Ukrgasbank are financing of vehicles for utility companies of Zaporizhzhia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnitsky, Lviv and Uzhgorod. Another major leasing project of JSB \u201cUkrgasbank\u201d was financing of the Ukrainian agro-industrial company LNZ Group to create its own fleet of 108 modern grain-carrying railway wagons for grain transportation and other food cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
