{"id":4469,"date":"2018-04-28T12:34:33","date_gmt":"2018-04-28T09:34:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/uul.com.ua\/?p=4469"},"modified":"2018-09-11T15:51:39","modified_gmt":"2018-09-11T12:51:39","slug":"pidsumky-i-kvartalu-2018-roku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uul.com.ua\/en\/2018\/pidsumky-i-kvartalu-2018-roku\/","title":{"rendered":"Q1 2018 UUL Members Results"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>In the first quarter of 2018, companies-members of the Association &#8220;Ukrainian Union of Lessors&#8221; financed leases by 73% more than in the first quarter of 2017!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>+ <strong>1 billion UAH in the volume of new business and + 2 billion UAH in the volume of the portfolio compared with the Q1 2017.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>For the Q1 2018\u00a0 <strong><u>the volume of new business totaled UAH 4.354 billion<\/u><\/strong> (without fees for the use of leased assets)\u00a0\u2013 this is two times more than 9 months of 2016 (+103%), 79% up compare with Q1 2017 and 13% more than in Q4 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leaders by the volume of new business in the reporting period are the following companies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OTP-Leasing (UAH 1.496 billion);<\/li>\n<li>ULF-Finance (UAH 353 million);<\/li>\n<li>Tecom-Leasing (UAH 241 million).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In terms of growth rates of financing in the first six months of 2017, as compared to the same period last year, they are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ilta-Leasing (+3665%);<\/li>\n<li>Tecom-Leasing (+123% );<\/li>\n<li>OTP-Leasing (+92%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As for March 31 the <strong>total portfolio <\/strong>of leasing companies \u2013 members of the Ukrainian Union of Lessors <strong>amounts to UAH 11.548 billion <\/strong>(without fees for the use of leased assets), which suggests a modest growth growth by 4% (UAH 417 million) since the beginning of 2018. In the same time, it`s <strong>2.014\u00a0billion <\/strong>more (+21%) compared with the end of Q1 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Leaders by <strong>lease portfolio growth<\/strong> are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ilta-Leasing (+28%);<\/li>\n<li>Land-Lease (Alfa Leasing trademark) (+20%);<\/li>\n<li>OTP-Leasing (+12%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Leaders by <strong>lease portfolio amount<\/strong> are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OTP-Leasing &#8211; UAH 4614 million<\/li>\n<li>Porsche Leasing -1376 million UAH<\/li>\n<li>ULF &#8211; Finance &#8211; UAH 1040 mln<\/li>\n<li>Raiffeisen Leasing Aval &#8211; UAH 940 mln<\/li>\n<li>Tekom &#8211; Leasing &#8211; UAH 887 million<\/li>\n<li>Avis &#8211; Ukraine &#8211; UAH 843 mln.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most of the leasing deals concluded in the first quarter of 2018 included financing of motor transport and agricultural machinery.<\/p>\n<p>Thereby, for the first 3 months of 2018, leasing companies &#8211; members of the association financed 1,426 new passenger cars. Thus, 7.7% of the all new passenger cars sold in Ukraine during Q1 (19287 cars) were leased.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, more and more popular leasing of used cars &#8211; more than 500 used cars were leased by the Association members.<\/p>\n<p>Of the 76 leased new tractors the most popular were Case 16, New Holland and Belarus by 13).
