\"\"Porsche Finance Group (PFG) in Ukraine representing the services of financial and operating leasing and crediting for Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Porsche vehicles, was named the best by the level of client service among representative offices of Porsche Bank in European countries. It is confirmed by the results of the \u201cCustomer Satisfaction Analysis\u201d research implemented for Porsche Bank. According to the research 85% of respondents highly estimated PFG\u2019s level of services, 86% will recommend these services to their friends and acquaintances, 82% will use these services in the future.<\/p>\n

Crediting and financial leasing proved to be the most popular services of the company. Maintenance and operational leasing services are also in high demand. Besides, the results of the research confirmed that Ukrainian clients evaluate PFG as a trustworthy company with good reputation. Company staff was highly estimated for its friendliness, expertise and reliability. The company itself was characterized as honest and the one that keeps promises (89%), innovative (86%), offering the best \u201cpricequality\u201d balance (81%). 93% of respondents noted intelligibility of information about PFG services. <\/p>\n

Among nine countries that took part in the research for Porsche Bank, Ukraine was named the one with the highest level of client service with the overall index of satisfaction of 81. The second place was given to Bulgaria (index \u2013 80) and the third one \u2013 to Slovenia (79). <\/p>\n

\u201cFor the company in general and for me personally it has always been important that the clients stay fully satisfied. We strived and we shall keep on striving to remain the most favorite provider of financial services for our clients. And we are glad to see objective confirmation of the fact that our efforts were not in vain. More than a half of respondents estimated our work as perfect, and we are grateful to our clients for such a high opinion. We shall do our best to maintain leadership in the level of customer service so that Ukraine remained the country to come up to for the rest of European subsidiaries of Porsche Bank\u201d, comments Josef Graf, Head of the Supervisory Board, Porsche Finance Group. <\/p>\n
