Association of lessors, which is the voice of leasing and car rental industries in Ukraine, conducted the rental market research.<\/p>\n

The largest players provided the information for statistical reporting, in particular: \u00abBLS\u00bb, \u00abAvis\u00bb, \u00abEuropcar\u00bb,  \u00abSixt\u00bb,  \u00abBudget Rent a Car\u00bb, \u00abAro Cars\u00bb, \u00abMega Rent\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pronounced positive trends are observed in the year results \u2013 increase of a rental cars amount, level increase of utilization (workload of fleets) and diminishing of average rental time.<\/p>\n

From the point of basic indicator \u2013 size of fleets, the Top three did not change compared to the previous period (2010). They are:<\/p>\n

\u00abSixt\u00bb \u2013 410 cars (23% increase);  <\/p>\n

\u00ab Avis \u00bb \u2013 300 cars (30% increase);<\/p>\n

 \u00abBudget Rent a Car \u2013 172 cars (28.36% increase).<\/p>\n

Overall, the average level of utilization increased almost on 11 percentage points in the market and reached 70%. The company \u00abAro Cars\u00bb, as well as before, remains the leader according to this index. \u00abEuropcar \u00bb and \u00abAvis\u00bb got the second and third places accordingly. The company \u00abBLS\u00bb showed the biggest dynamic increase of utilization (33%).<\/p>\n

Market participants expect the breach growth of all basic indexes due to the intensification of demand before and during Euro-2012 in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
