\nstructure of Porsche Finance Group (hereafter \u2013PFG) has undergone a number of
\nsubstantial personnel changes. Andreas Z\u00f6ller, who successfully worked in
\nPorsche Bank Group for many years and
\npreviously occupied the CFO office at Porsche Finance Group in Romania,
\nbecame the CEO of PFG in Ukraine. Josef
\nGraf, who headed PFG for last seven years, became the member of managing board
\nof Porsche Ukraine LLC \u2013 the general importer of Audi, Volkswagen and SEAT cars
\nin Ukraine. <\/p>\n
\nmoved to Kiev and will be coordinating the activities of Porsche Finance Group
\nUkraine from the CEO position, working side by side with Mrs. Olena Korenchuk,
\nwho will continue her activity as the group\u2019s CFO. Andreas Z\u00f6ller is Austrian
\nand has studied economy at Vienna University for Economics and Business
\nAdministration. He joined the Porsche Bank Group in 2008. Starting with 2009,
\nthe new CEO of Porsche Finance Group Ukraine held leadership positions within
\nPorsche Bank Group Austria and PFG Romania.Mr. Z\u00f6ller, acting as speaker of the
\nboard, will manage areas directly connected with market outlets, namely \u2013 Sales
\ndepartment, Marketing department, Department of corporate sales and vehicle
\nfleets management, Dealer and Clients relations, as well as Insurance
\ndepartment. As before, Mrs. Korenchuk will remain responsible for Department of
\naccounting and control, Legal department,
\nthe sphere of adherence to Compliance standards, issues of financial
\nmonitoring and troubled debt of clients, as well as for risk management. <\/p>\n
\nwith a huge potential for the future, \u2013 <\/i>underlined Andreas Z\u00f6ller<\/b>. Despite the complicated social and political
\nsituation in Ukraine, I am happy to work for a company with such a strong
\nreputation in Ukrainian car financing market. Today the vector of Ukrainian
\neconomy is targeted at European principles of development, which also comply
\nwith <\/i>Porsche Holding corporate
\nstandards, observed throughout the globe.
\nI will contribute my professional experience acquired in Romania and Austria,
\nin order to sustain and further develop the achievements of Porsche
\nFinance Group. I personally thank Josef Graf and Olena Korenchuk for the great
\nset up of PFG Ukraine. I look forward working here together with such great
