\nwas rated 25th<\/sup> on the general list of nominees. This rating is not
\nonlythe reflection of the quality of companies\u2019 cooperation
\nwith their HR-brands, but also an indicator of where Ukrainians want to work
\nand which criteria they use to choose the employer. <\/p>\n
\nsurveys of companies, students of higher educational establishments and experts
\neach company was assigned a certain number of points, which determined its
\nposition in the rating. PFG scored so well due to corporate initiatives and
\nanti-crisis programs. <\/p>\n
\ndevelopment is one of the aforementioned solutions. It consists of seminars,
\nwhich are not connected with professional life of employees. For example, every
\nstaff member of the company, without prior coordination with his or her
\nimmediate supervisor, may attend up to five seminars, including: Work &
\nLife Balance, Time management, workshops in rhetoric, art, acting skills, yoga\u201d,<\/i>commented Olessja Kosarjuk, head of HR and marketing department. <\/b><\/p>\n
\nand motivational programs of Porsche Finance Group are based on international
\nstandards of the Group, as well as on requirements of local market. Company\u2019s
\nmanagement considers this model to be the most suitable one. For example, PFG,
\nif compared to other companies, proposes higher wages. At the same time there
\nis a strict corporate code of conduct, which is to be thoroughly observed by
\nall employees of Porsche.<\/p>\n

\nrating project \u201c<\/i>Capital 500\u201d<\/i> \u2013 \u201c<\/i>Best
\nemployers of Ukraine\u201d<\/i> was divided
\ninto three stages. At the first stage the data for rating compilation was
\nobtained from profiles which the editor\u2019s office sent to all the largest
\nenterprises of Ukraine, which were on the list of 500 biggest companies of Ukraine.
\nThese profiles included financial data as well as information on companies\u2019 HR
\ndepartments. The performance indicators of each company according to evaluated
\nvariables were measured through their consolidation with consideration of
\nspecial coefficients. <\/p>\n
\nstage, the council of experts assessed Ukrainian companies on the following
\ncriteria: attractive wage and social package; carrier prospects; comfortable
\nworking environment; guarantees of long-term employment; life-work balance
\nobservance; successfulness of the company; appealing job duties; opportunities
\nto participate in educational programs, trainings and traineeships; strong
\nmanagement; adherence to policy of socially responsible company. <\/p>\n
\nstage a survey was conducted among 750 students of three higher educational
\nestablishments: National University of \u201cKyiv-Mohyla Academy\u201d, National
\nTechnical University of Ukraine \u201cKyiv Polytechnic Institute\u201d and Taras
\nShevchenko National University of Kyiv. Finally, the list of 150 best employers
\nof the country was drafted, which included companies providing current and
\npotential employees with optimal conditions for effective work and professional
\ndevelopment in Ukrainian business environment. <\/p>\n
