The process of optimizing organizational structure is not always easy, yet without it increased work effectiveness, continuous service quality and customer service improvement are impossible. Porsche Finance Group (PFG) also introduces new professionals as part of company\u2019s top-team, who has been in office since March 1st, 2014.<\/b><\/p>\n
Mr. Anton Skrygin headed department responsible for working with clients and dealers; he previously was working with dealers within PFG. Anton has extensive professional experience, having worked on many various positions within the company. In his new position he plans to continue improving departments\u2019 effectiveness, quality and efficiency by contributing his new vision and energy. <\/p>\n
There were also changes in corporate sales and fleet management \u2013 they are now combined into one large department, which is headed by Ms. Oksana Yakuga. Successful professional experience with PFG equipped Oksana with high level of knowledge and experience in the field of automobile financing. Creation of separate Corporate Customer Service and Fleet Management Department will clearly focus PFG on this important market segment.
“The new appointment of the head of department responsible for working with clients and dealers, as well as the merger of corporate sales and fleet management primarily happened because we, in the future, anticipate increased level of sales. Even though we all are currently preoccupied by socio-political changes in the country, I am convinced that the renewal of automobile market will happen shortly, and financing will be an important growth factor\u201d, \u2013 said Joseph Graf, the managing director of Porsche Finance Group. <\/p>\n
