A Field Day 2014 supported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine took place on the 12th June 2014 at Ukrainian Research Institute of forecasting and testing of machines and technologies of agricultural production n.a. L. Pogorilyi (village Doslidnytske, Kyiv region).
The primary task of Ukrainian Field Day is expansion of new technical and technological solutions for harvesting and attracting the agricultural producer for widespread use of modern methods and achievements of agricultural science in Ukrainian agro-industrial complex.

Participants of the event were representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Agrarian Fund of Ukraine, chiefs of subordinate organizations, representatives of regional administrations, as well as senior management of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine.
More than 80 organizations including manufacturing plants, agricultural machinery suppliers and research institutions attended Ukrainian Field Day 2014. Totally more than 60 technical innovations of domestic and foreign production were presented.
