From now on, the regulatory framework for the regulation of non-banking financial institutions in a separate section on the website of the National Bank

A new section “ Regulation of the non-bank financial services market ” has been launched on the National Bank’s website . This page is designed to make it easier to find information about current legislation and to improve the exchange of information with market participants.

From now on, all current documents, projects, current regulations and laws are collected in one section. They are systematized according to non-banking market segments: general regulation, insurance and credit unions (risk segments), leasing, financial companies and other non-banking financial services (non-risk segments).

The section consists of two subsections.

Regulatory activities (projects)

The division publishes draft regulations on non-bank financial institutions for review and discussion with market participants.

Each draft regulatory act goes through a discussion phase over a period of at least one month.

We will remind that recommendations, remarks, offers to the operating regulatory legal acts and their projects which are developed, are accepted on a mailbox:  [email protected] .

Current legislation

The subdivision contains laws of Ukraine, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, current regulations of Natskomfinposlug and Derzhfinposlug, resolutions, orders and current regulations of the National Bank.

For ease of search, the legislation is divided into topics: general regulation, licensing and registration, reporting and supervision and inspections.

When regulating the non-banking market, the National Bank adheres to the principles of transparency and best international practices. Therefore, in order to effectively implement the new regulations, the National Bank welcomes and invites financial institutions and associations to cooperate, discuss and actively participate in their development.
