JSC “Ukrposhta” on June 3, based on the results of tenders, announced its intention to enter into two agreements for the supply of cars totaling 2.77 million euros. Tenders for financial leasing services for them continue. This was reported in the system “Prozorro”.
- ViDi Elegance LLC will supply 83 Citroen vans with an all-metal body for EUR 22,518, or UAH 674,000, for 1.87 million euros .
Of these, 78 will be Jumper FG L4H2 HDi 130 440 4×2 Euro 5 models with a capacity of 1.8 tons, and five – Jumper FG L3H2 BHDi 160 435 4×2 Euro 6 models with a capacity of 1.4 tons.
In showrooms, the Jumper Fourgon 4×2 model is sold at 6-19% more – 716-802 thousand UAH.
- Ukrlada Trading House LLC of Gennady Rozumey and Yuri Spichak will receive 905 thousand euros for 71 Fiat Doblo Max minibuses with a load capacity of 960 kg for 12,746 euros .
In showrooms Fiat Doblo Cargo Maxi 1.3 cars without additional equipment are sold at retail at 15% more expensive – 445 thousand UAH. , or 14,704 euros on the price date of April 1.
The price of all cars includes maintenance up to 100 thousand km, GPS-tracker, branding, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, spare wheel, immobilizer, mats, rear fog lights, gloves, cable, emergency sign, mudguards and steering column adjustment.
The amount of transactions is 7% lower than the total expected value of purchases of 2.98 million euros.
In addition to ViDi Elegance and Ukrlada, Atlant-M Lepse LLC participated in the larger tender . Arma Motors LLC was the only competitor of ViDi Elegance .
At the same time, proposals for Ukrposhta’s tenders for financial leasing services are being submitted: for 83 vans – by UAH 70.30 million. and for 71 minibuses – by UAH 35.20 million. The expected cost includes the cost of cars, the lessor’s fee and a commission of up to 1%. The lease term will be three years. An advance of 25% of the car price is provided.
We will remind, earlier “Ukrposhta” through auction chose “Ukrlada” as the supplier of fifty Fiat Doblo Max cars with a total cost of 8,45 million euros, or 16 890 euros apiece. This is a third more expensive, because at that time a video recorder with two cameras, electronic two-way alarm and conversion of the body into a mobile compartment were still required. And later Ukrposhta canceled that tender and leased those cars to FUIB Bank.
This was probably the first time that a customer selected a seller through an auction and then leased the item. Usually customers only report the contract with the bank, and the seller often remains unnamed. However, it is unknown why Rinat Akhmetov’s FUIB was chosen.
