38 new cars were added to the Ukrainian fleet of electric cars in April. Compared to last year’s result of registration of cars running exclusively on electric traction, fell 14 times, and to the March figure this year – almost 11 times.
It is noted that the reason for this was the quarantine, during which the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs do not accept documents for the purchase of used cars, namely old cars have always been a major part of the Ukrainian market of electric vehicles.
The leader among electric cars registered in April was Audi E-Tron – 10 cars.
In second place in popularity are two electric cars – BMW i3 and Porsche Taycan, in the assets of which on April 7 registrations.
Four registrations in Hyundai Ioniq Electric and Jaguar I-Pace.
In total, one thousand seven hundred and forty-seven electric cars (159 new and 1,588 old) have passed the first registration in Ukraine since the beginning of the year.
